As a Medical Receptionist, you will support patients by being the first point of contact and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience both in person and over the phone. You will also be responsible for coordinating appointments across multiple booking systems, maintaining accurate patient records, and liaising with referring medical practitioners.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in our fast-paced clinic environment.

Shifts are worked between 8:00am–5:00pm Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday overtime available.

Your Responsibilities

As a Medical Receptionist, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for patients, managing face-to-face and phone enquiries, bookings and general queries.
- Processing payments and issue receipts.
- Operate and manage our booking systems efficiently.




- Help create a welcoming and professional experience for all patients.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous receptionist experience, ideally within a medical or healthcare setting (preferred but not essential).
- A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for patient care.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Confidence adapting to different systems and databases.
