Handyman Needed – Cafe Maintenance Work in Kew East

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced and reliable handyman to help finish some maintenance work at my cafe in Kew East VIC 3102 following a Council inspection.

The work includes filling and sealing holes/gaps, preparing and painting/sealing exposed timber areas, replacing a few damaged floor tiles, repairing some edges/coving, replacing old silicone where required, securing/tidying loose cables and hoses, and general finishing to make the premises neat, smooth and easy to clean.

There are a number of small jobs rather than one major renovation. I can provide photos and the Council inspection list so you can see exactly what needs to be done.

I’m hoping to get everything completed as soon as possible because we are waiting for Council approval before we can start trading.

Experience with cafe,restaurants or other commercial premises would be a bonus.
