A Sales Trainee will play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle.

In this position, a Sales Trainee will:

- Sell new and/or used vehicles, and dealership services
- Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Grow repeat business and referrals
- Learn our products, market, and sales strategies through structured training
- Follow up with leads and walk-in customers to guide them through the buying process

Requirements

- Prior sales, customer service, telemarketing or hospitality experience helpful but not required
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals through prior work experience
- Secure, progressive work experience
- Ability to work independently and communicate within a team environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Professional presentation,



demeanor, and attitude
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to build knowledge of the vehicles, finance products, and customers within the automotive industry
- Valid driver's license
