About the Role

We are urgently hiring Retail Sales Consultants across multiple locations.

This is a high-performance sales role, not a general customer service position. You will be working in competitive homemaker centres where strong sales ability and closing skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage and greet customers in the showroom environment

- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and guide customers through selections

- Drive sales and consistently achieve weekly targets

- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

- Assist with showroom presentation, merchandising, and stock movement





- Assemble products when required and maintain showroom standards

Skills & Experience Required

- Minimum 2 years retail sales experience (furniture or high-value items preferred)

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach

- Computer literate (Microsoft Office proficiency required)

- Basic leadership/management capability highly regarded

Work Requirements

- Availability during retail trading hours, including:

- Weekends

- Thursday late-night trading

- Public holidays

Important Notes

- This role is sales-focused — customer service experience alone is not sufficient

- Students and temporary visa holders are not suitable for this position
