We are looking for an experienced and proactive Handyman/ Body Corp Cleaner to join our team.

Reporting to the Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Respond and attend to guest repair requests.

- Perform general repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls.

- General Outdoor Maintenance & Gardening

- Common Area Body Corporate Cleaning

About You!

- Previous “hands-on” maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or facilities management setting.

- Strong attention to detail with a drive for achieving high-quality results.

- Excellent communication skills to build relationships within the hotel team and address guest needs.

- Effective time management and the ability to respond promptly to urgent tasks.

- the ability to adapt to daily operational needs.

- A solid understanding of Workplace Health, Safety, and Environment standards.

- Reliable and flexible.
