About the role

We're looking for an experienced and reliable Chef to join our busy café kitchen. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing consistent quality food, and is looking for a Monday to Friday role with no weekend work. The successful applicant will be confident across both breakfast service and bain-marie cooking, with the ability to manage prep, service and food quality throughout the day.

Key responsibilities

- Confident cooking a full breakfast menu during busy service

- Preparing and cooking a variety of bain-marie dishes

- Managing prep, service and food quality throughout the day

- Maintaining consistency, presentation and portion control

- Ensuring food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation

- Working efficiently under pressure

- Assisting with ordering,



prep and keeping the kitchen running smoothly

- Taking ownership and pride in the food produced

About you

- Strong experience as a breakfast/café chef

- Confident cooking a full breakfast menu during busy service

- Experience preparing and cooking a variety of bain-marie dishes

- Strong focus on consistency, presentation and portion control

- Good understanding of food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation

- Able to work efficiently under pressure

- Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
