We’re looking for an experienced Client-Side Project Manager to join our team and help deliver high-quality projects — both for our clients and within our own development portfolio. If you have 4+ years of experience, have been involved in civil construction especially land subdivisions, and are ready to take on more responsibility and ownership of projects, this role is for you.

Our current pipeline is diverse and exciting: we’re managing numerous land subdivisions (~1000 lots), a landmark urban village (23 towers), townhouse projects, childcare centres, industrial facilities, medical centre, bus depots, and bespoke architectural homes. No two days are ever the same, and you’ll have the chance to work across projects that are shaping communities at every scale.

About the Role
You will coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, providing clear communication, proactive problem solving, and strategic leadership throughout the project lifecycle. You will undertake the contract administration and superintendent roles of land subdivision projects as well as manage design of projects for development applications.

This is a long term growth opportunity to grow with the business and for the right person to head up the projects team in time and the potential to be part of our future developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from inception through to completion.

- Develop project briefs, feasibility studies, and delivery strategies.

- Engage and manage consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

- Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and quality standards.

- Monitor project risks, resolve issues, and provide regular reporting.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, approvals, and contractual obligations.

About You

- Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

- Proven experience managing projects on the client-side (property, construction,



or land subdivision sectors preferred).

- Experience in civil construction, preferably land subdivisions.

- Contract knowledge and experience with contract administration and superintendent roles.

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and drive outcomes.

- Extremely organised, highly efficient, proactive and enthusiastic to further their career in property development.

- A car licence for site visits.
