About the role

The Project Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day management of field activities and personnel. You will have authority to procure suppliers, labour and plant and liaise with client representatives, suppliers and subcontractors. You will be responsible and ensure all field personnel work safely in accordance with the Project Management Plan and SWMS.

Key responsibilities

- Be the project program champion

- Manage day-to-day field activities and personnel

- Procure suppliers, labour and plant for works

- Drive daily and weekly production targets

- Liaise with client representatives, suppliers and subcontractors

- Ensure all works are completed in a safe and environmentally acceptable manner

About you

- Solid civil construction experience





- Extensive experience delivering subdivisions, earthworks, roads, drainage and infrastructure projects

- Excellent understanding of civil production and construction methodology

- Strong commercial awareness

- Proven ability to lead supervisors and project teams

- A practical, solutions-focused approach

- A leadership style based on presence, accountability and getting involved

- Senior First Aid Certificate

- Cert III and Cert IV in Civil Construction

- Clear knowledge of company quality, safety and environmental management systems
