Key responsibilities
Handle incoming phone, email, and web enquiries
Provide quotes and information clearly and professionally
Follow up warm leads and secure bookings
Build great rapport with customers and ensure their needs are met
Help streamline and improve booking and customer service processes

Excellent spoken and written English
Strong phone manner and confidence in sales conversations
A customer-first attitude with a drive to close the deal
Experience in sales, admin or customer service (removals, trades, or services ideal)
Ability to stay organised and calm under pressure
A friendly and motivated team player
