About the role

Reporting to our highly respected and talented Divisional Manager, the role involves:
Leading a small team of sales and production people supplying hardgoods to retail customers
Developing and implementing strategies to generate sustainable and profitable business
Key account management of existing customers to maintain strong relationships and ongoing business
Working with the sourcing team to ensure customer satisfaction with order fulfilment

You will have
A love of retail, organisation and making things happen
3 years + senior account management in the retail industry
Strong management capability and a track record of growing teams with success in sales
A natural ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships with customers and colleagues
Expert knowledge of hardgoods – experience with stationery and gardening would be an advantage
Strong presenting, planning and prioritising capability with a high level of attention to detail




To be able to travel a couple of times a year (locations may include China and Europe, UK and USA)
