About The Opportunity

You'll prepare, service, repair and deliver caravans, playing a direct role in whether a customer's ownership experience is a great one.

Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Inspecting and preparing caravans ahead of customer handover
Installing accessories, electrical systems and upgrades
Diagnosing and repairing faults, and carrying out routine servicing




Running customer handovers and walking them through their recent caravan's systems
Working closely with customers, suppliers and the internal team
Keeping every job to workshop procedure and quality standard

About You

You'll bring:
A current QLD Driver's Licence and reliable transport to work sites
Mechanical, automotive, auto-electrical or 12V installation experience
A sharp eye for fault-finding and troubleshooting
Confidence dealing directly with customers
A team-first attitude and strong communication skills
Solid time management and the drive to get things done without being chased
