About the role:

You are an experienced Project Engineer with a strong track record of successfully delivering both minor and major Civil Infrastructure Projects from initiation through to completion.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient project execution while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Well-grounded and results-driven leader who combines structured project engineering principles with real-world delivery experience.




A natural problem-solver with strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence and lead diverse teams.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputable institution
Civil Contractor Project Delivery Experience (Perth-based)
Undergo a Pre-employment Medical
A proven track record of successfully managing multi-million-dollar projects from start to finish.
Strong commercial skills, including experience with contract management and budget ownership.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities in brief:
Support and coordinate civil construction projects
Contribute towards project planning, budgets, schedules and resource management
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and contractual standards
Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, subcontractors and clients
Support and mentor junior engineers, ensuring alignment with the business goals
Quality assurance and risk management
Management of project reporting to client specifications and internal contract requirements
Management of internal systems to conform to the internal IMS
