Business Development & Growth Manager – Commission Based

Business Development / Sales & Marketing Chance

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded person to join a growing business in a Business Development and Growth role.

This is suited to someone who is ambitious, reliable and interested in developing their skills across sales, marketing, business development and strategy.

About the role

You will be involved in areas including:
Business development and lead generation
Sales and customer relationships
Marketing and brand development
Market research and identifying current opportunities
Researching customer demographics and market trends
Developing new business opportunities
Improving systems and processes
Assisting with business growth and strategy

You will work closely with the business owner, who will provide mentoring, guidance and strategic direction while encouraging your own ideas and initiative.

We are looking for someone who is prepared to take responsibility, learn quickly, solve problems and contribute to the ongoing growth of the business.

Remuneration

This is a commission-based opportunity, with remuneration linked to business results.

The more business you generate,



the greater your earning potential.

A profit-sharing arrangement may also be considered where appropriate, based on performance and contribution.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the business and, subject to performance and a successful working relationship, discuss a longer-term management or partnership arrangement in the future.
