About the role

As Foreman, you will work closely with our Project Manager / Head Foreman to help lead and coordinate our construction team across high-end residential landscape projects. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site works, coordinating staff and materials, maintaining quality and safety standards, and helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the standard Bondi Landscapes is known for.

Key responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site works on high-end residential landscape projects
Coordinate staff and materials across construction sites
Maintain quality and safety standards
Ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to required standards
Supervise and manage a small team
Coordinate materials and day-to-day requirements for ongoing site works
Communicate professionally with clients, trades and suppliers
Work to project deadlines and budgets

About you
Minimum Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent experience
2+ years' experience as a Leading Hand on residential landscaping projects
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes across all areas of landscape construction
Good knowledge and practical skills in masonry, carpentry and paving




Sound softscape knowledge, including planting, soil preparation and plant care
Ability to read and interpret landscape and construction plans
Good understanding of workplace safety and site compliance
Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
Relevant machinery experience and tickets
White Card
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience supervising or assisting in the management of a small team
Professional and confident when communicating with clients, trades and suppliers
Motivated, reliable and able to work effectively to project deadlines and budgets
