Hours: Monday 8:00am–4:30pm | Tuesday–Friday 8:00am–4:00pm
Pay Rate: $34.65 per hour
Hours: Ongoing, Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team based near Moorabbin Airport.

This is a fantastic prospect to join an established golf goods company that genuinely values its people and creates a outstanding team environment.

You don't necessarily need previous embroidery experience — if you have experience operating machinery, working with textiles, apparel, printing equipment or other production machinery, we'd love to hear from you. Training will be provided to the right person.

About the Role

Working as part of a friendly production team, your responsibilities will include:
Operating commercial embroidery machinery
Setting up and loading embroidery jobs
Hoop and position garments and golf products
Monitoring machines during production
Checking finished products for quality and accuracy
Changing threads and bobbins as required
Troubleshooting basic machine issues
Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe




Working to production deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
Packing finished goods

What We're Looking For

Comfortable working with machinery
Practical and hands-on
Has good attention to detail
Able to follow instructions and work independently
Quality-focused and takes pride in their work
A positive team player with a great attitude
Comfortable working in a production workplace

Previous experience with embroidery, industrial sewing, textile machinery, printing machinery, CNC or other computer-controlled equipment is highly regarded, but not essential.
