About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dispatch Supervisor to join our operations team. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines working with our dispatch crew with operational oversight—not an office-only position.

You will take ownership of daily transport operations, proactively identifying and resolving issues, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the secure and efficient delivery of precast concrete components from our Ottoway facility to construction sites across South Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Promote a solid safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with safety, COR, and quality requirements
Supervise and coordinate drivers and dispatch team
Optimise resource utilisation, including subcontractor management
Conduct regular yard inspections and spot checks, including coupling, pre-start,



and fatigue compliance
Review scheduling and network efficiency to maximise asset utilisation
Coordinate preventative maintenance for all United Precast vehicles

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Proven supervisory experience in road transport operations
Strong understanding of COR and heavy vehicle compliance
Experience in route planning and load allocation
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver operational outcomes and achieve KPIs
Strong planning, organisational, and time-management skills
A proactive, self-driven approach with high attention to detail

Essential Requirements
Valid HC licence
Construction White Card
