Ozland Mining Services is currently seeking an experienced Mining Trainer & Assessor with comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of mobile plant equipment to join our exceptional team, based in WA.

About the Role:
Lead training processes and procedures, ensuring full compliance and accurate record-keeping for internal and Nationally Recognised Assessments
Daily interaction with team members to assist with site safety requirements
Work with team members to support upskilling and career progression
Ensure training materials are maintained in line with business and industry standards
Identify learning and development improvement prospects
OHS functions

About You:




Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Full Australian working rights
Certificate IV in Training & Assessing (TAE40116 minimum, preferable TAE40122)
Australian HR Class driver's licence
High Risk Work Licence – Elevated Work Platform, Dogging, Basic Rigging or Mobile Non-Slewing Crane (desirable)
Experienced in multiple Open Pit Mining equipment competencies e.g. Haul Truck, Water Cart, Grader, Loader, Dozer, Service Truck and Excavator
Previous experience delivering Nationally Recognised Training Packages
Solid computer literacy
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent understanding of WHS Act and Regulations
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with people at all levels of the business
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and provide a National Police Clearance
