We are partnering with a well-established organisation seeking a proactive and capable HR Advisor to join their People & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing operational HR support with involvement in broader organisational initiatives.
Working closely with leaders across multiple sites throughout Perth, you'll provide trusted HR advice, support workforce initiatives, contribute to organisational change projects, and help drive people-focused outcomes across the business.

About the Role

As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will partner with leaders and employees across a diverse workforce, providing practical and commercially focused HR support.

This role offers exposure across the full employee lifecycle and will see you involved in:
Providing generalist HR advice to leaders and employees
Supporting employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, grievances and workplace concerns
Partnering with Learning & Development teams to support capability uplift initiatives and people development programs
Contributing to organisational design, workforce planning and restructuring projects




Supporting change management and workforce transformation activities
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes, systems and documentation

About You

You are a team-oriented and solutions-focused HR qualified who enjoys building strong relationships and working across a broad range of HR disciplines.

To be successful, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices
Experience supporting employee relations and case management activities
Experience supporting recruitment and talent attraction activities
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
