About the role

As a Property Manager at Compton Green, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a residential portfolio, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive outstanding service. You'll be joining a business built on integrity, professionalism, and genuine community connection, where long-term relationships and client satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. Key responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors
Manage rental arrears and ensure timely follow-up
Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and compliance requirements
Attend and manage tribunal hearings when required
Ensure all properties are managed in line with current legislation
Occasional Saturday work may be required

About you
Previous experience in property management (essential)
Current Real Estate Certificate/License (required in VIC)




Solid knowledge of residential tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
Confident problem-solver with a proactive approach
Current driver's licence
