Position Overview
We are looking for a Kitchen Hand / Cook to join the team at Meraki Up-to-date Greek. You will prepare fresh ingredients, cook on the line, wrap our signature souvas, and manage daily food stock. We have roles available for both Full-Time and Part time/Casual staff with solid food knowledge and ordering experience.Key Responsibilities
Cooking & Assembly:Cook meats to order and cleanly wrap our signature souvlakis.
Prep Work: Handle daily ingredient preparation and make traditional sauces.
Ordering & Stock: Monitor daily ingredient levels, manage stock rotation, and place supplier orders.
Kitchen Safety: Maintain strict food hygiene, cleaning, and temperature control standards.

Requirements & Experience
Experience: Proven experience working as a kitchen hand or cook.
Skills: Strong basic food knowledge, kitchen prep skills, and experience placing supplier orders.
Availability: Flexible availability, including nights and peak weekend trade.

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
