ServiceNow Platform Owner | ITSM
Salary: $220,000 - $260,000
Location: Parramatta & WFH (Flexible Hybrid Model)
Term: Full-Time, Permanent
Tech Stack: ServiceNow ITSM | CM | SIAM

The Opportunity:
Critical leadership position setting the strategy and taking ownership of ServiceNow outcomes across the enterprise. You'll be reporting into the Head of Technology with a dotted line into the CIO.

The Role:
Combination of strategic management (60%) with a strong emphasis on stakeholder/vendor management and governance. Technical platform oversight (40%) driving excellence across ITSM, configuration management and SIAM frameworks.

What you'll be doing:
Define and drive the enterprise ServiceNow roadmap, establishing robust governance.
Provide strategic direction to the existing ServiceNow delivery team to mature platform capability.




Balance strategic management with technical oversight to optimize platform health, integrations and service performance.
Manage key supplier relationships, oversee contract SLAs, and align cross-functional executive stakeholders.

Essential Experience:
ServiceNow platform ownership in an enterprise organisation.
Strong ITSM module implementation experience with technical knowledge of CM & SIAM.
Robust experience on the governance side.
