Ahead of one of our most exciting club openings yet, we’re looking for a standout Membership Sales Executive to help build our founding Bondi member community.

The Role

This is luxury, relationship-led sales at its best.

You’ll connect with prospective members from first enquiry through to joining, bringing the Saint Haven experience to life and building genuine relationships along the way.

You’ll own your pipeline, deliver private club presentations, nurture our waitlist and convert interest into membership — all while delivering the polished, personalised experience expected of Saint Haven.

What You’ll Do
Drive membership sales and consistently deliver against targets.
Build and nurture our Bondi Beach membership pipeline and waitlist.
Host personalised club presentations and prospective member experiences.
Build genuine relationships and understand what motivates each prospective member.




Own follow-up from first enquiry through to conversion and onboarding.
Partner with the wider Membership and Club teams on launch activity and events.
Deliver a seamless, high-touch experience at every interaction.

About You

You’re polished, commercially sharp and naturally outstanding with people. You know how to sell without making it feel like a sales pitch.

You’ll bring proven sales experience from premium fitness, wellness, luxury hospitality, private clubs or another high-touch setting, alongside robust commercial instincts and a genuine passion for wellness.

Most importantly, you know how to make people feel like they’re already part of something special.
