Your new role

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy WA-based team. Working closely with internal stakeholders and customers across Australia, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring orders and enquiries are managed efficiently.
Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing customer orders and quotations
Coordinating order dispatch and delivery requirements
Generating invoices and processing payments
Providing administrative support to the sales team
Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
Liaising with internal teams including sales, production and warehouse operations
Building robust customer relationships and delivering outstanding service at every touchpoint





What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in customer service, administration or sales support
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
High attention to detail and accuracy
A positive, team-focused attitude
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be highly regarded but is not essential
