We are a manufacturer and retailer of chocolate and other gourmet confectionery on the central coast. Our products are sold nationally to retail and leading supermarkets, Airports and gift stores.
Within our manufacturing facility we operate a tourist facility which includes a retail store, café.
The salary is based on 5 day week Wednesday to Wednesday to Sunday 9am to 4 pm
About the role
We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic person to operate our Retail Store welcome and liaise customers as to their needs as well as conduct our Factory Tours on Fridays and special groups.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
We run a limited number of tours on Fridays and special groups.
Tour Guide explaining our history, how we make our products and taking tourists through our factory and explaining our processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in retail or similar role in customer service essential.

Pay: $54,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year
