Are you an experienced customer service qualified who enjoys helping people and delivering outstanding service with every interaction?

We're partnering with a well-established Australian healthcare organisation seeking a Customer Care Agent to join their growing team. This is an excellent chance for someone who thrives in a customer-focused setting and enjoys solving problems, building relationships and creating positive customer experiences.

As a key member of the Customer Care team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support across phone, email and online channels while ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy and care.

Your Day-to-Day
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone,



email and online chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services and processes.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within the CRM system.
Proactively engage with customers to support retention and long-term satisfaction.
Achieve service KPIs and contribute to team performance goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure positive customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a Customer Service, Customer Care or Contact Centre role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Experience using CRM systems and customer service platforms.
A positive, empathetic and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work effectively within a cooperative team environment.
