We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join an established team working across Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.
This is a hands on functional role, working closely with marketing and business teams to understand requirements and turn them into practical Salesforce solutions. This is an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend.
What you’ll be doing:
Gathering requirements and running workshops
Process mapping and functional solution design
Working across Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
Supporting email marketing and campaigns
Working with data extensions and external data sources
Supporting testing, implementation and user adoption
Working closely with technical and business teams
Solid Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
Expert in both Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
Marketing automation and email marketing experience
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
Good understanding of integrations and data flows
Data extensions and external data sources experience
Strong requirements gathering and process mapping skills
Experience working with marketing teams and business stakeholders
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
