Key Responsibilities

Scaling, gutting, cleaning, skinning, and filleting a wide variety of fish and seafood efficiently.

Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety in the prep area.

Assisting with customer service, display setups, and stock management when needed.

Keeping the work station clean, safe, and well-organized.

Requirements

Experience: Previous hands-on experience in fish cleaning, filleting, or seafood handling is required.

Knife Skills: Excellent knife techniques and precision in filleting to minimize waste.

Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a rapid-paced setting.

Availability: Ready for an immediate start (flexible hours including weekends/mornings).
