Ensure that all food preparation, cooking, and presentation meet health and safety regulations.
Assist with menu planning and recipe development to deliver high-quality Asian dishes and an authentic cultural experience.

Requirements for the Role:
Trade certificates in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Korean or Japanese restaurants
Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Availability to work adaptable schedule, including weekends and holidays
