We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with robust data centre delivery expertise to join our national team. This role will support the delivery of major mission-critical facilities in Darwin.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of data centre projects from feasibility through to completion, ensuring programme, cost, quality, and risk objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre developments
Manage programme, procurement, and construction activities
Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams
Oversee cost, risk, and commercial performance in collaboration with Quantity Surveyors
Interface with clients, stakeholders, and operators to align with operational requirements
Ensure compliance with design standards, authority approvals, and regulatory requirements




Provide structured reporting on project performance, risks, and key milestones

About You
Based in Darwin
Proven experience delivering data centre projects, including data hall fit-outs
Robust understanding of mission-critical systems, including MEP infrastructure and redundancy configurations (e.g. N+1, 2N)
Experience managing complex stakeholder environments
Demonstrated ability to manage programme, cost, and risk concurrently
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
Solid commercial acumen with contract administration experience
Main Contractor background and previous experience would be looked upon favourably
