FULL TIME Butcher Required

Full time 38 hours per week-$79,000-$89,000 per year plus Super

LEKALI GROUP PTY LTD,Hurstville NSW, 2220 is looking for a qualified permanent Full time Butcher to join our team.

We're proud to present our customers with some of the most premium meats available including our selected range of aged wagyu. You'll be joining a friendly hardworking & professional team in a excellent working environment. The successful applicant will be confident in their skills, motivated to perform and have:

· Preparing meat products, including cutting, deboning, trimming and slicing.

· Preparing marinated, seasoned, crumbed and other ready-to-cook meat products using spices, salt and other ingredients.

· Operating machinery and equipment, including mincers, grinders and band saws.

· Weighing, wrapping and displaying cuts of meat.

· Advising customers on the suitability and uses of different cuts of meat.





· Ensuring the availability and quality of meat products for customers.

· Maintaining a clean, secure and organised work environment, including compliance with hygiene standards.

Skills

·Minimum TWO years of proven experience as a Butcher

· Professionally Qualified

· Have excellent time management & organisational skills.

· Be punctual and a general all rounder

· Must have good communication skills.

· Able to work under pressure.

Working Hours: 38 hours / per week

Work experience: Minimum TWO years of proven experience as a Butcher

Education/Skills: Certificate iii/IV preferred in meat processing or relevant field

Salary: $79,000- $89,000+ Superannuation
