About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Casual / Part-Time Team Members to join our team. This is a great opportunity for students or school leavers looking to gain valuable retail and hospitality experience while supporting our daily store operations, including customer service and food preparation.

Key Responsibilities
Front of House (FOH): Provide friendly customer service, process POS payments, serve food/beverages, and maintain store cleanliness.
Back of House (BOH): Prepare and assemble sushi items in accordance with company hygiene and food safety standards.
Support the team to ensure smooth daily store operations during peak trade.

Shifts, Availability & Requirements
Employment Type: Available for Part-Time or Casual employment
Work Rights: Must hold valid Australian working rights (and a tax file number, or eligible to apply)
School Term Availability: Able to work 2–3 shifts per week (after-school hours and/or weekends)
School Holiday Availability:



High availability to work 4–5 shifts per week during school holiday periods
Weekend Availability: Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week
Attributes: Reliable, punctual, enthusiastic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team workplace
No prior experience required — full training is provided!

Pay & Conditions
Pay rates are paid in accordance with Junior Rates under the Restaurant Industry Award 2020 [MA00119]
Hourly rates are determined by candidate age in accordance with the Award's Junior classification structure (+ Superannuation)
Applicable weekend and public holiday penalty rates apply
Casual employees receive a 25% casual loading in lieu of paid leave; Part-time employees receive pro-rata leave entitlements
