Looking for a Venue Manager acting as Operations Lead and Customer Sales Representative for a venue-based kids birthday parties to join our team.
This is a casual role and excellent chance for people who are passionate about delivering memorable experiences to the kids and families. Prior customer or sales experience in event management is a bonus.
Duties include:
Availability on weekends to lead and ensure parties run smoothly
Remotely attending to calls and customer enquiries
weekly preps for the upcoming events
potential to increase hours for weekdays and/or weekends
and mainly passion to talk to customers for a positive experience
Required Hours : 3-5hours during weekdays. Upto 16 hours on a busy weekend
