What you'll be doing
Lead and support drivers and operational staff.
Coordinate daily transport schedules, vehicles, and resources.
Keep deliveries and collections running on time.
Solve operational issues quickly and effectively.
Monitor performance, productivity, and service levels.
Promote a solid safety and compliance culture.
Work closely with customers, warehouse teams, and management.
Support team training, toolbox meetings, and ongoing development.
Identify opportunities to improve the way we operate.

What you'll bring
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within transport,



logistics, or distribution.
Strong communication and people-management skills.
A practical, can-do approach to problem solving.
Ability to stay organised and calm when things get busy.
Commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Experience with transport management systems is advantageous.
