Join our growing team as a Business Development Manager, driving growth through partnerships, leads, and migration and education solutions.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Perth. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating and converting leads, and building solid relationships with employers, recruiters, education providers, community organisations, and clients. You will play a key role in promoting our visa, migration, education, and other services across the Business Mantra Group portfolio.

The successful candidate will be confident in networking, conducting seminars and presentations, attending promotional and community events, and developing both online and offline business opportunities. You will be expected to manage leads effectively, maintain strong stakeholder relationships,



contribute to brand awareness, and achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, confident, professional, and target-driven, with excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills. Experience in business development, sales, migration, education, recruitment, or professional services will be highly regarded. A current Australian driver's licence and the ability to travel across Perth and surrounding areas are required.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
