About You:
Previous experience as a Retail Manager, Area Manager or similar, ideally in Retail or Department Store workplace
Solid people leadership skills with a 'hands-on', collaborative approach
Demonstrated ability to drive team performance, meet KPIs and manage performance effectively
Customer focused with superior customer service skills
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail operations
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
