Titanium Empire is looking for an energetic, confident and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team.

We are an activewear brand passionate about helping our customers feel confident, comfortable and empowered in what they wear. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys fashion, activewear and connecting with customers.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming in-store experience
Assisting customers with sizing, styling and product recommendations
Driving sales and helping achieve store targets
Operating the register and processing transactions
Replenishing stock and maintaining organised displays
Keeping the store clean, tidy and visually presented to a high standard
Assisting with stock deliveries and inventory
Building solid relationships with customers and representing the Titanium Empire brand professionally

We are looking for someone who:




Is confident, friendly and approachable
Has strong communication and people skills
Loves fashion, fitness and activewear
Is motivated by sales and providing excellent customer experiences
Is reliable, punctual and able to work well both independently and within a team
Has a strong eye for presentation and attention to detail
Is available to work a flexible roster, including weekends

Previous retail or fashion sales experience is preferred, but a excellent attitude, confidence and willingness to learn are just as important.
