The Role

We're looking for an Office Manager to run our office day-to-day and manage relationships with key clients in the renewable energy business. You'll split your time between keeping operations running smoothly and being the main point of contact for our clients.

What You'll Do
Set priorities and standards to keep office services running well
Manage staffing, scheduling, and equipment needs
Give out tasks and follow up on how the team is doing
Take care of HR: hiring, training, payroll…
Manage office finances, including budgets, invoicing and billing
Manage key renewable energy client accounts and keep robust relationships
Coordinate with customers and outside partners to fix problems as they come up
Make sure facilities and equipment stay in good shape
Use AI tools to speed up reporting and everyday admin

What We're Looking For




Managing an office or operations, ideally in renewable energy or a similar technical field
Experience managing client accounts or customer relationships
Some background handling HR tasks (hiring, training, payroll, etc.)
Positive with budgets, admin and staying organized
Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day to work faster
Genuinely interested in renewable energy
