Sentry Water Filters is looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service & Packing Assistant to join our small team in Maroochydore.

This is a diverse, hands-on role combining online order picking and packing with customer service at our shopfront. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys dealing with people, is reliable and organised, and takes pride in getting things right.

There is a fair amount to learn, as you’ll gradually build your knowledge of water filtration, treatment systems, and our product range so you can confidently assist customers. Full training and support will be provided, so previous water filtration experience is not required. A willingness to learn is much more significant.

We’re heading into our busy season, so additional days and hours will be available, with genuine potential for the role to quickly grow to up to 38 hours per week. For the right person, there may also be an opportunity to learn system assembly in our workshop.

Required availability:

Monday and Tuesday, either 7am–3pm or 8am–4pm. These two days are compulsory, with additional days and hours available.

What you’ll do:
Pick and pack online orders accurately
Greet and assist customers at our shopfront




Help customers with general product enquiries as your knowledge develops
Assist with general dispatch and basic admin tasks
Keep the work and customer areas clean and organised
Carry out general manual handling associated with packing and dispatch

What we’re looking for:
Friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with customers
Reliable and punctual, particularly for the Monday–Tuesday commitment
Robust attention to detail
Willing and able to learn about our products and water filtration systems
Comfortable standing for extended periods and carrying out manual tasks
Able to work well as part of a small team
Previous retail, customer service, or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
Must have the right to work in Australia

No water filtration experience is required. We’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
