Position Overview

Our client in Truganina (Western Suburbs) is seeking 15 reliable and physically capable Pick Packers to join their team. This role involves long shifts, consistent Saturday work, and requires candidates who can meet strict pre‑employment compliance checks.

Key Responsibilities
General Labouring Duties — Dealing with High end products like Dior, Gucci and Loreal.
Long-Shift Operations — Work 10–12 hour days starting at 7:00am.
Team Collaboration — Work effectively with supervisors and other pick packers to meet daily targets.
Safety Compliance — Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Task Flexibility — Perform various duties as directed across the site.

Skills & Experience
Pick Packing Experience — Previous pick packing or warehouse experience preferred.
Physical Capability — Ability to lift, stand, and work for extended periods.
Reliability — Consistent attendance and commitment to long shifts and Saturdays.




Communication Skills — Ability to follow instructions and work within a team.

Mandatory Requirements
Must pass a full Drug & Alcohol test
Must pass a medical assessment
Must hold a valid Police Check within 6 months.

Employment Details
Location: Truganina, VIC
Start Time: 7:00am
Days: Monday–Saturday (Saturdays are mandatory)
Shift Length: 10–12 hours per day
Pay Rate: $34.65 per hour
Overtime: $48.51ph
Double time: $62.37ph
Positions Available: 15
Start date – October 19th 2026
