Position: Male Support Worker
Location: South East Melbourne

Nurindah Disability Services is seeking a mature and experienced male support worker to join our team in supporting a client located in South East Melbourne. An immediate start is available for the successful candidate.

Available Shifts:
Morning shifts (before school)
Afternoon shifts (after school)
Evening shifts
Night shifts
Overnight stays

Selection Criteria: Applicants must demonstrate the following:
A mature and well‑grounded personality between age 35 - 45 years old, preferably with experience raising or caring for children
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
A firm yet nurturing approach to support
Confidence to take on an authoritative role when required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of reliability and professionalism




Proven experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours or behaviours of concern (BOC)
