You'll be the go-to Payroll expert, managing the full payroll function while driving process improvements and supporting ongoing enhancements.

Description
Manage end-to-end payroll for a multi-site workforce, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Interpret and apply relevant legislation, awards, enterprise agreements and payroll compliance requirements.
Administer employee life cycle payroll activities, including commencements, departures, leave processing, adjustments and reconciliations.
Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations and supporting information for the Finance team.
Contribute to payroll and HR system enhancements, upgrades and implementation projects.
Identify prospects to streamline processes, improve efficiencies and strengthen payroll controls.

Profile
Demonstrated end-to-end payroll experience in a complex, multi-site environment.
Solid knowledge of payroll legislation, awards,



EBAs and compliance requirements.
Experience driving process improvements and enhancing payroll systems.
A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to best practice.
Confidence interpreting awards, leave provisions, allowances and payroll conditions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business.
