Position Details:
The school invites suitable applicants to apply for a full time teaching position for the 2027 school year in our Year 2 class. This position is to cover a teacher on maternity leave.
Our Lady of Lourdes School (OLOL) located in Nollamara, is a multicultural, co-educational primary school catering for approximately 240 students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6. Dedicated and qualified staff, together with parents and the parish, work collaboratively to nurture a social setting where students are secure, respected and supported. OLOL provides a broad, balanced and developmentally appropriate curriculum focussing on the needs of our students. Be fully supportive of the objectives and ethos of Catholic Education WA, being a 'Christ centred, Student focused' educator.
• Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students,



parents and parish.
An enthusiastic and creative teacher with outstanding classroom practice and high expectations regarding student performance.
Have excellent classroom management strategies and the ability to support the wellbeing of all students.
Be able to work collaboratively in a team, in the development of SWD and EAL/D inclusivity.
A personal commitment to high work standards and work ethic.
Have a passion for integrating technology into all aspects of teaching and learning, utilising iPads within a class setting.
A working knowledge of the Early Years learning Framework, National Quality Standards and progressive early years pedagogy to promote best practice.
Experience using InitiaLit and Talk for Writing programs is desirable.

Qualifications Required:

Early Childhood Qualification is desirable
Accreditation to Teach Religious Education is desirable
