I need a capable trade qualified or experienced handyman to locate, chip out, and clean up the original weep holes on my external rendered brick wall.

The previous owners rendered straight over every single weep hole. I need them all re-opened to restore proper code-compliant cavity ventilation and stop a musty subfloor odour.

Scope of work:
Walk the full perimeter of the house to locate the hidden weep holes along the bottom course of the rendered brickwork.
Cleanly cut/chip away the thin layer of render blocking the vertical mortar joints (perpends) using a multi-tool, cold chisel, or small masonry drill.
Rake out any loose debris or dried mortar from inside the gap so the cavity breathes freely.
No structural brick cutting is required—just punching through the render skin.
Must bring own tools and clean up the masonry dust afterward.
