We are looking for an experienced, passionate and professional Hairdresser to join our growing beauty salon team.

This is a fantastic prospect for a confident all-round hairdresser who enjoys working with clients, delivering high-quality results and being involved in all aspects of salon operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of hairdressing, including:
Client consultations and professional hair advice
Hair cutting, styling and blow-drying
Hair colouring, foiling, balayage and highlights
Colour corrections and treatments
Hair straightening and smoothing services
Hair treatments, including repair and restoration services
Shampooing and conditioning
Styling for special occasions
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and salon presentation
Cleaning and sanitising workstations and equipment
Managing client appointments and providing excellent customer service
Recommending suitable haircare products and treatments
Maintaining robust client relationships and encouraging repeat business




Assisting with general day-to-day salon duties
Working as part of a professional and supportive team

About You

We are looking for someone who:
Has relevant hairdressing qualifications and/or solid industry experience
Is confident performing a wide range of hair services
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Takes pride in their work and presentation
Is reliable, professional and well organised
Can work independently as well as within a team
Has a strong understanding of current hair trends and techniques
Is passionate about delivering exceptional results and creating a great client experience
