Taylor Street Dental is a boutique aesthetic dental clinic in West Pennant Hills, specialising in Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry and smile design. We are looking for a reliable and warm front desk team member to join us.

About the role
This is a reception-primary position. Your main focus will be the front desk — welcoming patients, managing appointments, processing payments and HICAPS claims, and communicating treatment plans. You will also receive cross-training in dental assisting basics (sterilisation and room changeover) so you can better support the clinical team when needed.

What we're looking for
· Strong English communication — 90% of our patients are English-speaking
· Warm, skilled manner with patients
· Initiative — you see what needs doing and do it without being asked
· Reliable and punctual — you communicate early if anything changes




· Experience in reception, customer service or administration (healthcare preferred but not required)
· Willingness to learn the clinical side of the practice
· Australian PR or citizen preferred
