Front Office Receptionist

River Gardens Caravan Park is looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage bookings, check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests and tenants.
Handle requests and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate guest accounts and records.
Prepare leases, notices and other tenancy documentation.
Apply knowledge of relevant RTA rules and tenancy requirements.
Prepare and issue breach notices where required.
Perform general reception and administrative duties.
Assist with invoicing and accounts.
Liaise with housekeeping, grounds and accounts teams.

About You
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, professional and well presented.
Reliable, organised and able to multitask.
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office.




Previous reception, property management or hospitality experience preferred.
Knowledge of RTA rules and tenancy procedures highly regarded.
RMS and Xero experience highly regarded.
Current driver's licence.
Unrestricted Australian working rights.

Hours

15+ hours per week | Versatile weekdays | No weekend work
