Our client, Fresh Fades Barber Shop, is seeking a skilled and experienced Hairdresser to join their professional team on a full time basis.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Consulting with clients to recommend suitable hairstyles, haircuts and grooming services based on their preferences and hair type.

· Shampooing, conditioning and preparing hair for cutting, styling and other hair treatments.

· Cutting, trimming and styling hair using scissors, clippers, razors and other professional barbering tools.

· Performing up-to-date fades, taper cuts and contemporary men's hairstyles with precision.

· Shaving, trimming and shaping beards and moustaches using clippers and straight razors.

· Applying hair colouring, bleaching, straightening and other chemical treatments where required.

· Recommending and advising clients on hair care products and ongoing hair maintenance.

· Maintaining a clean,



hygienic and protected work environment by sanitising tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety standards.

· Managing client appointments, providing excellent customer service and processing payments.

· Assisting in maintaining stock levels of hair care and grooming products and ensuring salon presentation standards are maintained.

Requirements for the Role:

· Certificate III or higher qualification in Hairdressing or a closely related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

· At least one year of full-time relevant work experience as a Hairdresser or Barber.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and workplace safety.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
