Reporting to a supportive Supervisor this role has the autonomy and job variety that will enable you to strengthen your settlements experience. In the role you will:
Review and consolidate consumer and commercial loan documents
Ensure loan contracts comply with company policies
Advise and assist Dealers, Brokers, and Customers to rectify discrepancies within loan applications




Verify the employment status of retail customers
Liaise with retail and commercial credit teams to ensure NCCP, AML, and company policies and procedures are followed

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of settlements or compliance experience working for a finance company
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Outstanding problem-solving ability
Knowledge of compliance obligations NCCP, AML, and ACL
