We are urgently seeking a compassionate and reliable Samoan- speaking Support Worker to assist our client located in Logan area. The successful candidate will provide person-centered care and support to help our client live independently, safely, and comfortably in his own house.

Key Responsibilities
Support with meal preparation
Assistance with personal care
Assistance with manual handling
Assistance with activities of daily living
Assist with community access and transportation to appointments or activities
Promote independence and wellbeing through active engagement and companionship
Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reports
Follow care plans and uphold confidentiality, dignity, and respect at all times
Certificate III in Individual or equivalent experience
Current First Aid and CPR certificates




Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Blue Card
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathetic, patient, and committed to high-quality care
Police checks

Desirable
Previous experience supporting clients with physical disability
Manual handling training and understanding of person-centred approaches
