Fresh Frontier is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Operator to join our food manufacturing and distribution team.

This is a hands-on warehouse role involving forklift operation, order preparation, stock movement, warehouse organisation and supporting the daily flow of production and packing.

Key Duties
Safely operate a forklift to move pallets, stock and materials throughout the warehouse.
Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Prepare pallets, crates and stock required for daily production and customer orders.
Assist with picking, organising and staging customer orders.
Maintain an organised, clean and safe warehouse environment.
Move finished products between production, packing, cool rooms and dispatch areas.
Assist the packing and production teams with warehouse-related tasks when required.
Complete general warehouse duties and help ensure daily operations run efficiently.
Follow food-safety, workplace health and safety, and company procedures.
Assist with stock rotation and ensure products are stored correctly.

Requirements
Current Australian Forklift Licence – essential.




Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Comfortable working in a quick-paced food manufacturing setting.
Able to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving stock.
Positive communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Able to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
Own reliable transport preferred.

About the Role

This role is suited to someone who enjoys staying active and taking responsibility for keeping a warehouse organised and running efficiently.

You will play an important part in supporting our production, packing and dispatch teams by ensuring stock, pallets, crates and materials are where they need to be throughout the day.
